FIVE RIVERFRONT PLAZA – Louisville, KY (unbuilt) 
A proposed mix use development to be built on waterfront property in Louisville’s CBD. Uses consisted of 220 apartments and condominiums, 300,000 sf of retail commercial space, 150,000 sf of office space and a 900 car parking garage.  The client was a consortium of local financiers.  Permanent financing was obtained but project was abandoned due to deteriorating market conditions in mid-1974.  Roger Hughes was part of a joint venture comprised of Gascoyne & Hughes, PSC and Arrasmith Judd Rapp, Architects & Engineers.

AMERICAN RETREADERS HQTRS – Louisville, KY 
A new 20,000 sf corporate headquarters for the administration, research, testing and quality control for the retread tire industry.

MEDICAL OFFICE PARK – Springfield, IL
The initial phase of a medical office park adjacent to the hospital developed by the former Humana Hospital Corporation. Services included the design of the first phase and the master plan for the overall park.

GEORGETOWN CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER – Georgetown, KY 
A new children’s daycare center for 130 children on a site adjacent to the sponsor, Holy Trinity Episcopal Church.

PFFIEFFER ENGINEERING OFFICES – Louisville, KY
A new 12,000 sf professional office building for an electrical engineering consultant.

AUDUBON MEDICAL PLAZA – Louisville, KY 
A new 9 story medical office building adjacent to and interconnected to a hospital, developed by the former Humana Hospital Corporation.  Roger Hughes received an honor award for his part in the design of the hospital complex from the Kentucky Society of Architects of the American Institute of Architects.
