An adaptive reuse of a former girls school to house 54 units of
elderly apartments funded by RDA, developed by Landmark
Enterprises, Inc.
THREE SPRINGS APARTMENTS –
Three Springs, PA
A new 24 unit elderly housing development funded by RDA and
developed by Heritage Properties, Inc.
LABELLE COMMONS, LaBelle, FL
A new 32 unit elderly housing development funded by RDA and
developed by Heritage Properties, Inc.
WOMENS RECOVERY CENTER –
Henderson, KY
A new 100 bed facility for the rehabilitation of women with
substance addictions. Elements of the project include
dormitory crisis intervention areas, studio apartments for
transitioning, communal areas, a commercial kitchen and staff
offices. Project was developed by WARM, Inc. and Wabuck
Development Company.
MARIAN MANOR APARTMENTS –
Louisville, KY
A new 24 unit elderly 202 HUD project sponsored by Catholic
Charities of Louisville and an adjacent church, Immaculate Heart
of Mary.
CLIFTON COURT APARTMENTS –
Louisville, KY
A new 14 unit urban infill community for the sight impaired
funded through an 811 HUD grant sponsored by New Directions
Housing, Inc. Included in the project was the development of an
adjacent community park.
BROWN-MacKINNON APARTMENTS –
Louisville, KY
A new 24 unit urban infill development for mobility impaired
residents funded by an 811 HUD grant and sponsored by The Cain
Center for the Disabled.
HOLY TRINITY APARTMENTS –
Louisville, KY
A new 16 unit elderly 202 HUD project sponsored by St. Michael
Antiochian Orthodox Church and located on the church campus.
ST CECILIA SENIOR APARTMENTS
– Louisville, KY
A 30 unit adaptive reuse conversion of a former elementary
school for senior housing funded by HUD and sponsored by the
Housing Partnership, Inc. and Catholic Charities of Louisville.
The project was a recipient of historic tax credits and several
preservation awards.
GARDEN GRACE APARTMENTS –
Owensboro, KY
A renovation of a 54 unit uninhabited medium rise apartment
building to mitigate a mold problem which involved retrofitting
the entire façade to include new windows, brick veneer and
waterproofed cavity. In the process, the building’s
appearance was dramatically altered by careful consideration of
patterns, materials and colors.

A new 24 unit senior housing development funded through tax
credits and developed by Wabuck Development Company.
