Since 1970, the firm has provided architectural services on a wide range of projects including commercial, medical, institutional, industrial, and housing developments. Of particular note is the firm’s depth of experience in the area of housing including elderly, specialized, and multi-family projects involving US HUD, USDA/RDA, and various state administered tax credit programs. Over the years, the firm has completed over 200 such projects.
The firm's success is due in part to its site planning capabilities which have allowed it to more fully integrate building and site design both for aesthetics, livability, and economy of design.
The firm has been consistently committed to the idea of maintaining a philosophy of design with an equal measure of concern and emphasis on value, designs that stand the test of time, buildings and sites that work in harmony with each other and, above all, being responsive to clients' objectives.
Behind every design and service is the personal attention of the firm’s founder Roger Hughes. Roger is an architectural graduate of the University of Cincinnati and received a Masters in Architecture at Cranbrook Academy of Art.
